Question about 2004 Land Rover FreeLander
My freelander has been acting up for some months nom. i would try as many as 10 times before it would start, then on some days it would start the first time...i'm in Africa and the Mechanics arent very experienced with this car. wel, i got a car electrictian who ran some tests and has told me that the brainbox needs replacement cos the nozzles are not getting current. we got a used brainbox that works but it didnt respond. pls advise cos d car isnt starting anymore.
These cars have problems with the intake runners getting stuck and not allowing the engine to start. land rover has updated parts to fix this....get in touch with Atlantic British....they have put together a "kit" that contains all the necessary parts so you dont have to fish around at the dealer.

remove the heat sensor, start the car and reconnect it again.Switch off the engine and try again, if it starts get your heat sensor replaced.
