1965 mustang

when you go about 10 mph my car darts left to right then at 20 mph you can not hold the car straight. the carlifts in the front, then it will not settle down then when you go down the road you can watch the right front tire start to roll in towards the center of the car. there are air shocks on the car when you raise the rear of the car it gets worse when you let the air out it gets better. there was a ball joint shim under the upper ball joint i removed that and also there was a camber shim under the upper control arm. i did remove all of the shims it did not change. ichecked all parts in the front end did change 1 upper ball joint and 1 outer tie rod.
