Would like to tune up car
Your vehicle has three coils. They each have two plug wires that need to be removed and then there are two screws holding each of them on.
They are normally replaced individually as needed though, and not as part of a tune-up.
Testimonial: "im trying to gather as much info as possible whats under the engine cover what will i see when i remove it can you remove the back plugs easily after you remove engine cover Thank You Already !!!!"

SOURCE: blower motor not working all fuses good.2003 buick
I just replaced the blower motor resistor on my 2003 Rendezvous. I bought the resistor at the GM dealership for $48 (AC Delco). The part number was 25928168. The fan now works in all five speeds.
For electrical parts, I only trust the dealership for the latest revised components.

I have had this happen to me as well. What you need to do is insert the key, grab the steering wheel and pull the wheel down counter clockwise with force. Then you will be able to turn the key.
Hope this will fix ya up!

Fuse #14 is for REAR auxillary power outlet (in cargo area). This is located in the INSIDE fuse box to the left of and under the glovebox (to the left of the front passenger's feet).
Fuse #32 is for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette lighter//Lights, OnStar® Fuse 32 is under the hood in the ENGINE AREA fuse box located in the compartment just above the battery.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MANUAL to make sure that your fuses are the same. I have a 2003 Rendezvous. Your newer model may be different. The diagrams for each fuse box can be found inside the lids of the compartments.
