Under the hood in the fuse block #13 is the relay for your blower motor. If you have someone turn the HVAC blower on while you have your hand on it if it's functioning you can feel a click from the relay. I would check there

COULD HAVE CORROSION INSIDE FUSE AND RELAY BOX CAUSING POOR CONTACT IN ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS. REMOVE FUSE AND RELAYS TO CONTROL CIRCUITS SPRAY A LITTLE ELECTRONIC CLEANER ALLOW IT TO DRY.CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY IT COULD BE BAD OR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR BAD HOT BLOWER MOTOR TO SEE IF BLOWER WORK IF NO YOU HAVE FAULTY BLOWER MOTOR. IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKS WHEN YOU HOT WIRE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL SWITCH COULD BE BAD.RADIO AND POWER PROBLEM COULD BE IN THE FRONT CONTROL MODULE IF CLEANING OUT CONTACT WITH ELECTRONIC CLEANER.DEALERSHIP HAS TO CHECK IT OUT.
This is very common, this sounds like the blowermotor resistor module, this is located on the heaterbox next to blowermotor, i would start there if all fuses are good, the other thing you can do to test motor before replacing the part is disconnect connector to blower and run a power and ground wire to it, if the motor runs then i would replace the resisitor. good luck hope this is helpful.
OK. So the blower notor isn't operating. Do you have power to the blower motor? The resistor is new from what I got. If you don't have power to the blower motor, then check the speed control switch and fuses. If you have power at the blower motor, replace the blower motor
replace the blowermotor resistor, it is also called a blowermotor control processor its located on heater box next to the heatercore, here a picture of it and a diagram to show you exactly were it is. this will solve your problem, hope this helps you.
IT COULD BE BLOWER MOTOR NOT GROUNDED.YOUR BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY COULD BE BAD.MAKE SURE POWER IS GOING TO BLOWER.MOTOR.CHECK TO SEE IF POWER IS GOING TO SWITCH IF SO SWITCH COULD BE BAD.HOT WIRE BLOWER MOTOR USING JUMPER WIRE AND POWER FROM THE BATTERY.IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKS.YOU HAVE FUSE RELAY AND SWITCH PROBLEM.MOST THE TIME WHEN RESISTOR BAD.YOUR BLOWER MOTOR ONLY WORK ONE SPEED SOME TIME.
IF ALL WINDOWS ARE NOT WORKING IT LOOKS LIKE.THE POWER WINDOW CIRCUIT BREAKER IS BLOWN.CHECK THE HEATER AND AC IGNITION FUSE.MAKE SURE POWER IS AT THE SWITCH.IF ALL IS GOOD.CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF THEY ARE GOOD.HOT WIRE BLOWER MOTOR IF IT WORK YOU HAVE A BAD BLOWER MOTOR SWITCH AND RESISTOR.IF BLOWER MOTOR DONT WORK.REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR.
