Is the RPM correct, should be 800RPM, You have a MAF (mass air flow) and a MAP sensor, also a IAC.(Idle air control) Depending on the engine size you have both a MAP and MAF, so basically you need to inspect for a broken vacuum line at the MAP sensor, you also need to look for false air, which is a broken vacuum hose affecting the idle.
SOURCE: slow acceleration, high rpm
This sounds normal to me! The engine will read that rpm when accerlerating lightly. It is the stall of the torque convertor. The oil pressure will always be higher when the rpm's are higher, or when the oil is thicker - cold.
Virbration? That is a different story. Oil won't cause that.
SOURCE: 1996 toyota corolla rpm drops when a/c or lights is turned on
There is a solenoid that is mounted on the carburetor that increases the idle speed when extra strain is put on the power supply (a/c etc). Usally it gets dirt in it and jams which can cause it to burn out. A spray with a CRC type product and giving it a wiggle will usally get it going again.
That is a code for an invalid skim key. If you have another skim key try it. If it does the same thing then the skim module may be bad.
SOURCE: Chevy camaro engine problem
I had the same problem, so I replaced the fuel pump, it was stuttering like it was not getting gas. Still wouldn't work right, would run for a bit and then it would choke up on me. Changed the mass air flow sensor and she ran beautifully,

Your engine is probably equipped with an 'Idle Air Control' that has failed.
