Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
The RPM keeps going up and down quickly when the pedal is held steady. It idles fine but when you drive, especially at very low speeds the RPM will pulsate from 800 up to 1100 and then back down to 800. It will continue this cycle. Up for one second, back down for one second. Very frustrating as the car keeps rocking forward and back. Recently it has started to stall- out when stopping.
