Question on instrument light 2002 suzuki aerio, manual sedan

There is a green light in the top left corner of my instrumnent panel. The owers manual doesnt say what it is. I have noticed that it tends to light when it is damp & cold but not when warm & dry. Do you know what this light indicates?

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WONT COME ON
