The fan for the radiator will not switch off unless i take out the fuse.

At the lower left hand corner of the radiator you find a thermic switch connected to two electric cables, and plugged into the radiator.

Just remove it and take it to any part dealer, that is the switch that turns radiator fan on and off, and it is defective.

You might have a short in the circuit board that controls the switch that is supposed turn off the fan. Or your switch might be broken. You will need to get it checked out at shop to confirm the suspicion and to get it fixed.
