Could be a loose gas cap, or it was left loose once. P0441 means: p0441- evap purge system performance. In some cases disconnecting the battery over night will clear the code.
Take off the Negative cable only always wear safety glasses when working with a car battery.

Check your gas cap first make sure it is tight

2005 Kia Optima w/ Trouble code PO441; stalls after filling up with gas - how do I fix it?

Here's a link for p0441 (not po441)
P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow.
Since it happens when it fills up, you'd have to look at what happens with a almost full tank (you stop about a gallon before full), vs a full (gasp pump stopped when full) tanks. Something might be happening when gas gets to far up the filling tube. Maybe there is a vent line with a valve that's getting gas in there causing the fault. I'm not a kia expert, but If stopping the gas pump yourself fixes the problem, then stop "topping off"

I did a diagnostic test on my car ('99 Hyundai Elantra),and it came up with a diagnostic Trouble Code PO441 Evaporative Emissions control system incorrect purge flow. What is it? How can I fix it? ...

the 96-99 had a recall fault with this one, maybe yours fits in the same catagory.Check with Hyundai dealership, irrespective of vehicle age. Also check that there is no fuel odor outside the vehicle, and that the fuel cap is sealing correctly.(when removing this after a warm day there should be a whoosh or shhh sound as it releases).
There is an official release report on this but for some reason I couldnt get it to post on here for you.I will try again soon to do that.
I hope this helps you.Get back with your findings and we can go further if needed.

if the air filter was recently inspected or changed, look for the vacuum hose to be disconnected from the valve located on the air filter cover. another source may be the gas cap either loose or with the tether strap caught under it preventing a proper seal
