I have a Mini cooper 2002 model, Its not overheating or anything but the water level in the Reserve tank goes very low to nothing in the reserve tank, what would be the cause? I cant see any leak visible...

It could be a slow leak in the radiator or hoses or the head gasket. The antifreeze could be blowing out of the cylinders rather than leaking to the ground.

Where do you drain the coolant so I can change my thermostat gasket?

There should be a drain at the bottom of the radiator. If not, just disconnect the radiator hose and let drain into a bucket. If you do it this way, coolant will also come out once you pop the thermostat out.

The fan on my cooper s 2002 wont go on any idea why

The fan is controlled by a heat activated switch which is installed in the radiator. The switch turns a relay on which powers the fan. Locate the switch in the radiator ( in the bottom tank) and join the two wires together, this should start the fan. If it does then the switch is faulty, if is does not, check the relay and fan motor..

Radiator cap

There is not a radiator cap on mini coopers it is a closed radiator. The coolant expansion tank is in the back of the engine compartment twards the middle. The fill for the coolant is just on the drivers side of the engine block between the engine and the battery box/ engine air filter.
