2001 ford explorer break lights

Both my break lights on my 2001 ford explorer went out. I thought it could be a fuse but cannot find a listing for brealk light fuses in the manual. Is there a fuse for the break lights or could both bulbs could have burned out at the same time?

There will be a fuse for the brake lights.if the fuse is not listed start checking all fuses one at a time.if you do not find a blown fuse remove brake light bulbs and see if the elements are broken in the bulbs.

Where is the 2001 ford explorer headlight relay located for 5.0 liter, 4 door, no automatic lights, 2 wheel drive

I don't see any answers to this but I will take a shot in the dark here. The fuse box under the hood on most fords have relays in the fuse box its self or it can be under the bottom of the fuse box. The fuse box has to be removed to gain access to these. Take it loose and tun it up so you can see the bottom or they could be in there on mount under the fuse box. The location of these relays are listed on the lid of the fuse box.
I hope this helps. Good Luck.

My 2001 ford explorer sport left and right brake light won't turn on, but the one on top does. I aready replaced the brake switch and checked all the fuses. can i do anything else that to fix the problem

Obviously it is not the break switch! You have a broken wire to the break lights. Probably at a hinge gate wiring flex point. Peel back outer casing and inspect for broken wire. Be careful, don't cot any good wires.

Instrument Panel lights went out. Fuses good.

Try a new fuse, sometimes the fuses are bad even when they look good buy new and try three or four of them just a thought.

2001 Ford explorer sport fog lamps are not working. I just bought 2 brand new ones and they worked for two days then both went out at the same time. Also the button on the interior does not illuminate...

The light on your interior button should only come on when the lights are on, so I wouldn't worry about that until the lights are fixed. There should be a relay for your fog lights. I would check your underhood fuse relay box. switch that relay with another, such as fuel pump. I lights come on and now vehicle won't start, you know that it is the relay you have now put in your fuel pump circuit from your fog lamp circuit.
