If you want the cheap route do it yourself. the tools should be in the back of the car under the carpet. or if you dont want the hassle of changing to the spare just buy or borrow an air canister and take it to your nearest tire shop

most likely you have a bad tire roatate the tires..or run your hand flat acroos the tire where it drives on the road not the side of the tire. Most of the time you can fill a bubble in the tire, this is due to tire sepraction on the inside of the tire.....

318is with NO brakes

What about the brake lines? They could have a tiny hole somewhere letting air in (or just have air in them).

Leaking coolant from engine..

Unfortunately, This Problem is Going to Be Either a Blown Head Gasket or a Cracked Block. Just in Case, Check all the Hoses and Check and see if your Model Has a Transmission Cooler Installed, Hopefully on of these is the Culprit. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

Unable to pull wheel off to replace flat tire

If all the lugs are off don't be afraid to try to use a small sledge hammer it from the back of the tire. It will come off, it just needs a little persuation. I hope this helps, and please rate my answer. Thanks
