Change the bulbs, if they are good, make sure the wires are not cut or dried out.....

did you check all of your fuses?

The wire feeding the front left turn signal is likely crimped or stretched and touching the body somewhere. Do you best to trace the left front turnsignal wire back as far as you can - even just jiggling it might give you short term solution (although it will probably come back).
The fast flash of the rear light is because the short up front is letting too much electricity run through the flasher module. This makes it run too fast. Find the short up front, and both problems will be solved.

sounds like your timing is off. YOu will need a timing light to set it. Check with Autozone, they have a loan a tool program and may have one you can borrow. You will need to contact nissan to determine what the proper timing is for your engine.

My front parking lights will not come on, eventhough the turn signals work.

Try changing the bulbs. They have a double filament in them. One is for park lights, one is for signals. Check with a test light first to see if you have power flashing when the sinal light is on. If you don't, check the wires back to the source.

1994 Nissan Altima Passenger Door won't open

Since you have the door panel off, pul the rod for the door lock manually inside the door, this should unlock it, if it does not, there is a small push button, basicly a little peice of metal on the latch itself on the door latch inside the door, push it down this should pop the door open, you may need to spray all of the mechinisms with white lithium grease in a arosol can.....
