The check engine light is illuminated because a malfunction has occured in one of the vehicle's systems.Have the vehicle scanned for diagnostic trouble codes,as the dtc's will lead to the problematic area.Places like All Data online have diagnostic routes for just about every trouble code imaginable. If the diagnositc route is performed correctly, this will lead to the root of the cause of the problem.

Code P0505 is a problem with the IAC (idle air control) which regulates the idle speed. To check it quickly, disconnect the IAC connection located below the throttle body near the firewall. Start the car and the idle should run around 1300 rpm at idle. If this is the case then the likely cause it a bad idle motor. The cost of a new one is $110 at Pep Boys or $30 at a Pick n Pull. Keep me posted, thx.
Have someone who knows what they are doing try to pull the code, instead of erasing it and telling you it's fine. That is a no go. I would say lots of hesitation could have to do with the crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, etc.
In my experience, the relay is situated behind the left hand kick panel inside the vehicle. It is usually called the circuit opening relay and can have 4 or 6 pins.
The panel is the one which covers the left hand door hinges adjacent to the left foot of who ever is sitting in the left hand seat.
Some mitsubishi's have the relay mounted above the ECU, behind the glove box so check there too..
I first have to ask if you are sure the engine mounts are bad, or could the engine just be misfiring on a couple cylinders. Is there any clunking or thumping when accelerating or just revving the engine? If there is, then check the motor mounts, otherwise check the sparl plugs and wires. Here is an internet parts supplier that I have used before. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php Most of their merchandise goes out by UPS who has a facility in Gaborone. It looks like your Chariot was sold under many different names throughout the world. We knew them in the US as the Dodge Colt Vista, and the Mitsubishi Expo. Here is a brief bit of information about the car. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_Chariot
