The only way you will get the code is in your user manual. If you don't have your user manual you will have to contact the dealer and follow their instructions.

G P S NOT WORKING AFTER BATTERY TAKEN OUT

Depending on what car you have, my car has all that included with the stereo CD player unit. When battery has been disconnected as a security measure it also locks the stereo unit. When you purchased the car the manual would include a section on what code and how it needs to be input in it for it to work. If yours isn’t like that it may just default to the off position in which case you usually just press the volume control down as an on/ off button. Also you may have a blown fuse.

How can I eject stuck CDs from CD player 2006 toyota camry grande?

Isn't there a security code needed to reset the stereo after a battery change? The Stereo thinks it has been stolen. See your Manual and see your nearest Toyota dealer. Or use a tweezers to reach in and pull out the stuck CD. And clean the rollers with alcohol.

My battery was changed today and now I do not get anything on my radio/CD player. All that shows in the lcd screen is COD. How to I reset the radio/CD player?

You need the security code to reactivate it. If you havent got that hten try your local dealership. If still no go the stereo is useless....its an ant-theft device. If a garage changed the battery I would put it to them to fix / replace. If you did it then you are basically in for replacement stereo!!!

After a security code for a factory radio for a Mitsubishi Lancer

Hello,

This is to inform you that no one could provide you the code that you need. That code is also called the 'Anti-theft' code which is unique with every car stereo.

You need to check the glove box that's in your car and look for a card. That card should carry the anti-theft code for your stereo.

If you could not find it, you need to pull out the stereo and get the serial number of the stereo on the side of it. Then call the car dealer or the manufacturer. They are the only one who could provide you the unique code for your stereo.

You would get this problem once the battery run out of charge, once the battery has been removed or once you change your alternator.

Hope this helps and have a great day!

Cd player

You need to call a dealer and verify owner information. They give you a code. Very common problem. This prevents thieves from stealing you stereo and being able to sell it. This can be prevnted by plugging an ac adapter and Jumpbox into you cigarette lighter while changing a battery.
