Hi yes I forgot to mention that I aready change the headlight switch it's brand new I was thinking it might be the blinker switch or relay but I can't find the relay for the lights or is the relay high beam and low beam together or seperate? thank you

low beams and daytime running lights don't work, high beams work fine as well as parking lights and turn signals.

my wand wont switch. i either have brights or nothing. blinker will not automatically turn off after the turn. oh and mine is an 01 century but im sure the wheel is constructed the same if not similar

My 98 Buick slowly lost normal lights. for a while i could drive around and flick the brights and the regular lights would kick in. But now i cant even keep the brights on. I have to hold the lever.
I am assuming its the switch.

Are you able to go to salvage yard and plug in without removing the original, another head light switch assembly to check wether it will make a difference, as it sounds like the switch/wand is the problem

Its not a fuse, you have power to the lights. As you say relay is the next logical step.Make sure to check the headlight connections and plugs to make sure that a high resistance is not tripping off the relay.Usualy only one relay.switching relay is used.It should be in a box next to or near the battery with a removable lid that has the information/location of individual relays,if no info under lid look to the owners manual under the electrical section/chapter.good luck and hope you get this issue resolved without too much more hassle

Find level ground with a wall. Drive up to the wall and mark where the centre of your headlights are on the wall with a piece of tape. Back up 20 feet and turn your headlights on high beam. Using the adjusting knobs make each light shine directly on the spot. Low beam adjusts itself down and to the left/right (away from oncoming traffic depending on what side of the road you drive on)

Is there a fuse for high beam lites on 97 ford e250 van

I don't think Ford used a fuse for the headlights. There is usually a circuit breaker in the headlight switch.
I would check for power at the dimmer switch in each position.
