****? studder or miss?

73k miles,no check eng light on,no codes,only does it when going up small grade above 40 mph and eng at operating temp.runs perfect when eng cold at any speed.feels like hitting small bump in road truck will **** or studder,can accelerate slightly and will stop,but will come back when rpm and speed level off,then may not start again for a few miles,have tried fuel treatment and fuel cleaner,no luck.at hot idle eng is smoothe but get up to over 40 and it will start again but is not constant.

    75K,is usually the life of the fuel pump,Instead of code reading a data steam watching the fuel trim ,will pin point and verify the concern,

Do you have a tow hitch on your truck? Does it rattle when driving on bumpy roads? I had a truck same year and make when on a certain road the timing would ****** problem traced to knock sensor.

If you are braking hard and one or more wheels lose grip, the ABS system will modulate brake pressure in pulses to the slipping wheels. That is a normal feeling when this is happening. If you have a pulsation under light braking, it is likely that you have brake rotors that are no longer true and and need to be replaced or machined.

what do you mean by "bump?"
if it is vibrating it could be one or more things and if it is down shifting hard to lower gear it could mean other things.

SOURCE: My 03 AV seems to studder when doing over 50 mph

No spark plug is good over 60,000 miles

You most likely, do have at least one bad
COP Ignition coil

Also,check EGR Valve,if issue is under a vacuum
load,going up hill

Tcs light flashes and p0340 code

P0340 code means "Something" is wrong in the timing...
from CMP (Camshaft Position sensor) to the crankshaft bolt.

Very first thing, verify connectors are clean and shiny.
clear all codes, even hard codes.

This engine is fully electronically controlled, so you need the dealer to do a full diagnostic of the engine control system, it is the only way to get to the bottom of this. Make sure you can show the dealer exactly what is going on otherwise if they can't duplicate the concern and no fault codes are present they can't fix it.

My 2007 with the 5.9 lt Cummins cuts in and out while driving

check injector return flow. should be less than 160mL in 30 seconds with coolant temp above 180. if less than 220mL retorque all high pressure connectors, if more than 220ML it is recommended that all 6 injectors be replace along with fuel connector tubes

chrysler van transmission usally only last 70,000 miles you were lucky the problem is the radiator is to small to cool the transmission fluid properly have trans rebuilt put after market trans cooler on & you should not have any more problems
