Question about 1989 Toyota Camry
WHERE IS THE STARTER RELAY
It is a little black box on the drivers side to the left of the steering wheel and under the dash, it has for wires going to it.

starter relay is under hood on the drivers side fender area.
Remove the starter motor solenoid relay switch (11450).

I believe on the 95's, the starter relay is located within the CCRM (a large black box that is located next to your battery). The starter relay itself is not replaceable, you have to replace the entire CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module).

The power distribution box is
located in the engine compartment.
The power distribution box contains
high-current fuses that protect your
vehicle’s main electrical systems
The starter relay is in position #56 of that box.

sometimes its the simple things. On the foot pedal for the clutch are rubber grommets that push the switch in on the manual trans. they get old and fall off or develop holes in them so the switch does not get depressed.
