This is obviously a wiring problem, I would start testing all circuits with no key n the ignition to see which ones are drawing power. The first circuit I would check would be for the starter selonoid, as this would be the most practical place to start. then I would move onto he ignition. Good luck and remember to rate all the solutions you get.
