Seems that you have a leak either in your gasket or a crack on the bottom panel. it cvan be a major problem if the fluid comes out .

Check fluid level and color. (transmission fluid should look like cherry juice)
If it's real dark brown or smells horrible & not pink, you need a flush.
(trans flush service at ur local oil change place should run between $65-$130)
The other side is it could be the start of the transmission going out.
Look around and see if there are any transmission shops that offer a free check up and see what they say.
I lost my OD and a week later, I lost D and 2. It was time for a rebuild.

2 x 2 patch of grease in transmission pan

Clean it off. It is a magnet. It collects metal and junk that is floating in the transmission fluid.

Wont shift into 2nd gear revs high until it finally goes into 3rd

If there is a Auto Zone around your area, have the blazer scanned for any DTC codes that is related to the transmission issues. It could be a fault sensor, bad wires, or bad solenoid in the valve body. The scan should help indicate if there is an electrical issues or it's going to be mechanical. You can try adding a transmission additive to flush out the system and then replace the transmission filter and oil. Make sure you flush out all the transmission oil, it could be as simple as the 2nd and 4th solenoids are seized with dirt and not activating. Good luck and keep me posted. The solenoid is in the valve body and is not that expansive for the parts, you just have to find a good transmission shop that will fix this simple problem and not try to get you to put in a new transmission.

Transmission issues after transmission flush

Well first off, coolant in the transmission will cause transmission failure if left in long enough. Proving why the radiator failed will be another story.

sounds to me it going under the car as your driving .i would look at the oil pressure switch or sensor to see if it is leaking .you wouldnt notice a drip because it wont leak unless it is running , kinda a common problem for dodge
also see if you have a oil cooler either seperate or builtin to the radiator and look in the radiator for oil.

Engine revs but power not transfered to car

If you notice you are needing to add oil occasionally then most likely your rear main oil seal is leaking into your transmission and oil is getting onto your clutch causing slippage.
Get this fixed and it should stop.

The O/D off light is flashing on digital dash it's 3.0 turbo auto 1988. as well as that light the differential warning light comes on once the car travels a short distance approx 1/2 mile. Also the speedo...

I have the same problem with my 95 Toyota T100. My O/D off light started flashing when my speedometer cable broke this week-end. I assume the electronic transmission is using the speed data to manage the overdrive.
Have your speedometer problem fixed and your flashing light will turn off.
