It could be broken or slipped timing belt, especially is it was running and suddenly died and would not start.

If the problem did not start this way, I would suspect a problem with the ignition system.

Either way it is probably time for skilled assistance.

1993 Honda accord, the battery is good but when i try to start it it wont turn over. The alternator is good and all my fuses are good, why wont it turn over? Should i get a new starter?

To begin with, turning over means different things to different people.
Does the engine crank but not start, or not crank at all ?
If it cranks but does not start, Honda cars are known to have weak fuel pump relays which would need to be tested.

Try removing the ignition module, usually located right under the coil pack, and having it tested at Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts.

1991 Honda Accord won't start. Battery seems ok

Sounds like the distributor. But you may have a faulty replacement coil..get an exchange and see if it is faulty. I have received many replacement parts that fail prematurely.
