Go to a GM dealer and ask him to run your VIN. Located on the dash behind windsheild & make sure it matches your #s on your ownership.

Sounds like the turn signal flasher has died. If you check your owners manual it should tell you where the flasher is in the car.
You can buy one at most any auto parts store or the dealer.

My power steering sometimes stops working if i turn off the key and back on again it starts working again what can i do to fix this

You have electric power steering, my guess is the assist motor is defective, but due to the huge cost of the assembly consult a dealer about the problem before replacing any parts. The may be a service letter on the problem that the dealer is aware of and we don't have.

GAS NEEDLE BROKEN.HOW CAN THIS BE FIXED?

the only way to fix would be to replace the instrument cluster but then you would need it to be programmed to vehicle. do not buy a used one or will cost you more, buy through your local dealer

2005 malibu where is the brake light switch?

There isn't one.  This car has a "brake and throttle by wire" system and the brake light switch is inside of that.  You have a bad brake position sensor.  Figure $240 or so at a dealer.
