Could be a motor brush problem. try to tap the motor slightly and see if the motor would run. also try to wiggle the wire and see also if the motor would run.
if the motor will run, pull the fan down and replace the brushes of the motor.

bushing in motor is probably shot,or some critter put it's nest in there ,either way the motor has to come out.

I have a 98 Saturn SL1 that blows no air at all, the engines fan is blowing, and it looks like the serpentine belt on the compressor is running too, and when you put the car on max cold the rpm's...

Does your interior fan come on when you turn on the heat? If it doesn't, then look in the fuse panel for the comfort control fuse. If it is okay, then it will either be the fan motor or the comfort control switch.

So I am having a problem with my A/C that everyone says is my cabin air filter. When I am parked, the A/C hardly blows at all, but when you speed up it starts going. By the time you hit 70 mph there's...

I would put some thought into replacing the fan or the fan switch first. If the fan works OK when in heat mode, then i would suspect the A/C controls as what you say tells me the fan is not working. Only forward motion of the car causes air to pass through. Your vehicle has a cabin filter, NAPA part #
4814 but it would surprise me that its being blocked could cause the problem you described. In fact I do not think any cabin filter could be blocked to that extent.

Air/heat not blowing from vents, can feel the heat but it's not blowing, I turn the knobs to high blow and it won't do anything, its cold outside,

if the fan does not increase speed as turned up replace resistor assembly usually in heater housing under dash.if doesn,t nave separate resistor assy.it is the fan switch

Engine is over heating and blowing air into coolant resivor and boiling coolant

The blowing of air into the coolant resevour is caused by a leaking head gasket. What's happening is the cylinder is blowing air into the cooling system causing this to happen.
