sounds like a cambelt failure or an engine sizure. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START IT THAT MAY CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE. you need to let a decent mechanic see it make sure the gears are in neutral and that nobody else gets your keys to 'have a look'
Fuel filter, plugged exhaust (even though you replaced the Cat), low compression, low fuel pressure, valve timing, MAP Sensor?
Seems like it's temperature related if you can go 15-20 to start with then only 3 after that...
could be vgr valve or the brain box trying to go out vgr valve u can remove and scrape the carbon deposits off using a wired brush alot of times when it is the vgr valve thats all it is they vary rarely have to be replaced
This is not a bogging down problem if the engine is reving up it sounds like you have a very badley slipping tourk converter or you have a band in your tranny slipping and that is why you can go for a little while longer if you shut it off
