It feels like heart pumping when stoped and the brakes are applied
Check the compoter for codes and have a look at the data displayed this may help in showing what direction you need to look.check fuel pressure with a pressure gage.this a starting point to help finding the problem.it could be a bad tps problem or igntition component.what is the shape of the tune-up parts and how long has it been.

I would Look For A Vacuum Leak, Given the Fact that ALL that Work was Done in a SHORT Amount of Time, And The Brakes ARE VACUUM ASSISTED, that when Brakes are applied the ENG. Light Comes on, Seems to Me It all May be related. It does not take Much to Pop A Vacuum line OFF Accidentally

first disconnect the battery then check how the serpentine belt is lined up so u can take it off and put back on. Then the pump should be on the side of the motor with 9or12 bolts there could be more! after taking out take razorblad and skrap the old gasket clean wipe of then put new gasket and pump back on dont over tighten the screws cuase the pump my be aluminum.

drum brakes or disc brakes ? if drum brakes. yes but first remove the drums to be sure there is enough shoe left to adjust and to be sure there is no dirt or broken springs back there. if disc brakes no adjustment.
