Question about 1999 Mercury Cougar
Does the 1999 Mercury Cougar need a fuse for the heater to blow hot? should there be fuses in the numbers 5 & 6 slots in my fuse box?
If the fan motor is blowingthen this is a sign that the fuse is good, if it's not then check the fuse, or you may need a new fan. as for not blowing heat it could be that the gate valve in the heater lines is stuc closed for some reason, or you could need a new thermostat. as for fuse slots 5 & 6 I am not really sure for your car as I would need to see the fuse panel and what accessories you have. Good luck and remember to rate all the solutions you get, thanx.
