The entire dash must be removed to access the heater core, this job requires at least 10 hours to do for a shop with the right tools and books, for the do it yourself about 15 hours if at all, I recommend you go to a qualified shop for this repair.

The car shuts off for less than a second while driving in the winter

i would think the breather pipe on the front is getting blocked with the snow, and this will block of air getting into the engine you would need to make an extender and turn it round in the winter so that it get air coming in from the radiator side and not the front as you drive. or you could cut the old one in half and put a nother pipe the same size as the inner diameter of the pipe and in somer put it in normal position and in winter turn it around so it dont get the air from coming in from the font get from the back or ground side. this should stop snow building up in the breather.

What all-season tire would you reccommend for a 2002 Ford F150 2 wheel drive truck? Must go through deep Pa winter snow storms

Don't waste your money on all season tires if you are going to be wading through deep snow. Get a good aggresive mud and snow tread for winter driving. I've had good luck with Goodyear's in Eastern Canadian winters. Hope this helps.

Clockspring on 1994 lincoln towncar

It should be fine the 1990/1994 dont appear to change much esp in that side no more steering controls are added unto 95 odd But you may find ford may have changed connectors to stop you doing things like that and ruining there sales lol

If your clock spring is buggered your horn wont be working either nor will your cruise control controls.

Snow tires are better for Winter But, Change them back out for Spring or they will not last very long on Regular Asphalt. They are made from a Softer Rubber than all Season Tires. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
