Question about 2002 Dodge Ram Maxi
You are correct, it is a common problem. 2 ways to fix from underneath, locate the drain hose, passenger side, where firewall of engine compartment and passenger area meet. You probably have noticed a wet area underneath in the hot weather when a/c is on. u can run a wire up the hose to dislodge any goop, better yet would be to use a wet/dry shop vac and **** the goop out. Clamp your hand around the vac hose to seal off as best as u can. You can also usually access it from inside. low on firewall above passenger foot area, under carpet. If u have any trouble after cleaning it out, u must look for a small kink or bend in the tube that prevents drainage. Let me know how it goes. Good Luck!
