OK not sure if its 1 problem or multiples. Here is whats going on

1. On cold starts it will occasionaly have starting problem like batery is low charge but alt is puting out 13.5 volts and battery stays at 10volts during starting.

2. at this time you do lose power across the board, IE radio losses presets

3. Vehical is not warming up. Cold mornings I can drive for 20 min or longer and the temp never moves off lowest point 140 deg and heater just warms a bit. radiator and over flow tank are full to marks and I have bleed the system at the thermostat housing.

4 I dont have a cpu machine, autozone says there is a bad temprature Fuse. Canot find this fuse on any of the 3 fusw pannles. (im thinking they ment sending unit.

Sounds like your battery is going bad. If it is running to cool you probably need a new thermostat. this will usually set a code for coolant temp below threshhold

For your battery low charge ,I would suggest you cleaning the terminals and the earth leads.
For not warming up rapidly, you might need to check the thermostat as it might be staying open, thus allowing the coolant to go to the radiator to be cooled down. Check the temperature setting on the thermostat as well when you take it might find another thermostat with a higher setting.

Y does my 2001 chevy impala die occasionaly while

Make sure your Car is not on the defective switch list...If not it may be your fuel pump starting to most cases a bad pump the car should not start right away after shutting down but will start after setting for a short period..until eventually stops all may want to have a pump pressure test done it will detirmne if proper pressure is getting to the injectors or carb...good luck..

Toyota lucida hard to start most times. occasionaly ok. 2.2 diesel. everything seems to work as should

in cold weather diesel gels up and sometimes causes a no start issue..a cetane fuel additive helps with this issue. if temps go below 20 degrees, add a quart per tankful of cetane to the fuel to help start on cold mornings. also diesels require more amperage to crank than gas engines do..thus a stronger battery is needed..

It is possible you are having an issue with the security passlock system. A very common problem with this vehicle. I reseached recalls because of having a similar problem. One minute it's fine, one minutes it's not. Very annoying. Visit . Type in your vehicle info. When the page of complaints comes up...take a look under electrical issues. Unfortunately, it has affected several years, no one has an answer or fix for it...including Chevrolet & it has not been an official recall. Hope this information is far as knowing you're not alone.

If you are turning the key and it isn't turning over or anything and all the other electrical is working, there could be a problem with the ignition switch. But also if the theft system has been messed with, it's hard to tell what was messed up and mis-wired.
