After sitting over night. The mechanic says its the idle control valve. Not certain on that because another mechanic says its the computer. when i placed in a new computer the car didn't accept it. Placed in an after market idle control v and the car reved very high , unable to bring it back down to under the 1000 marker. What is the solution?

be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
