Question about 1996 Dodge Caravan
The lights park and head lights not working along with the wipers, dashboard lights and all meters stop works. i have check all fuses and they check out to be all good
The body control module, BCM is responsible for the function of all of these, and if it has lost communication, or is not functioning, then none of them will work. Not to be discouraging, but this is not a problem to be tackled without a DRB II, a subscription to DealerConnect, and a Daimler Chrysler Platinum Certified technician.
