Power directly to motor tests good. Fuse looks good. Thinking problem is wiper switch. How do I remove and test the wiper switch?

Sounds like your blower motor rheostat needs to be replaced. I'm about to replace mine for the second time. Fan just quits working altogether when the rheostat goes.

It sounds like you have an issue with your fuse block. Pull the fuse for the radio and remove the buzzer. see if this changes the situation.

Blower motor stopped working

Bad blower motor ? First unplug connector at blower motor , use test light to check for electric power is getting to it, if there's power to it. This will also eliminate your fuse , relay or wiring to blower motor. You could use a jumper wires from your battery to check the blower motor also . You could try this first , if you like. Let us know how it comes out. Have a Blessed Day.. Luther.

Blower came on intermittently now it's dead. Is it the resistor or motor.

If the blower motor will not work on any speed it is usually a fuse or the blower motor has gone out. A way to test the blower motor is to remove it and jumper one terminal to battery(+) and the other to terminal to ground. If you are going to test this be careful to avoid shocking yourself and when you energize the motor if it is good it is going to spin so hold it tightly and watch where your fingers are.

1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee After disconecting the battery for recharging and reconnecting the battery the blower motor runs continuously. Went through the ATC diagnostics illustrated in the Haynes man. and...

Switch ,relay resistors or motor is shorted to ground.
Start with the switch and remove each one until it stops . test the item and it will probably be the culprit. Now remember most vehicles while running will have blower motor run at a low speed all the time.
The only time this should not happen is when the ignition is off.

Heater fan not working. 40amp fuse under hood ok. wires to fan test hot. motor turns strong when hooked directly to battery

"...wires to fan test hot." But what is the voltage? Since the Fuse and Motor is good, and there is voltage (unk strength) to the Motor; this only leaves the Blower Motor Resistor. Does the Fan work on High Only? Then it is definitely the Blower (Fan) Motor Resistor.

Blower motor does not work any speed and more

If you know the fan works with direct battery voltage and you have no voltage at the fuse block then you have a problem at the fuse block. You need to remove it and check for corrosion or a short. This could also have something to do with your radio and buzzer. Pull the fuse for the radio and remove the buzzer and then check to see if your test lamp lights across the 25 amp fuse opening for the blower.
Also with fuse in place check for voltage at the yellow/brown wire going into the blower motor switch. Just cover all your bases before going at removing the fuse block.
