Ford focus heating problems

I am having a heating fault with my 2001 ford focus and a have replaced the motor, reg and checked the fuse and still no heat any one no anythin to help me. it would be much helpfull.

    When you say no heat do you mean the blower motor doesn't run? please explain further

You might like to try replacing your thermostat on the engine!a way to test if it is working properly is to remove the thermostat and place it into boiling hot water ,this way you will be able to see how and if it is working or not,and how you tell is if the spring compresses closed and the valve opens its fine if not then you need to replace it,,hope that helps..goodluck.

Check for power to blower motor if ok then replace blower motor.

Ford Focus 1.6 5door Hatchback (S reg) wind screen washers do not work - no motor noise - can't find fuse - Any ideas welcome thank You


the fuse box it's located below and to the left of the steering wheel, open it and the replace fuse number 55, it's on the 3rd row, the forth from left to right. if still not working replace from the same panel relays number 18 and/or 19 the first row, 2 and/or 3rd

look under the dash for a big black box the fan will be in that box but first check the wires for good connections and power

Seems like either your lock needs replacement or some stuff obstructing its locking mechanism.
Try spraying some lubricant or WD-40 on the lock, and see what comes out.

Try to start my 2001 ford focus want start everything else works the lights the radio etc


i have replaced coil pack. wires plugs on a 2000 2.0 sohc ford focus..and it still has no fire.... motor just turns over.. 99'000 miles i had the timing belt and all replaced about 10'000 miles ago at ford dealer ship.... what might be my problem now crank sensor??? all fuses i checked they are all good.... it just spins no fire to plugs so it seems...

Blower motor relay


there is not a relay , I had same problem and found out that its called a resister . the location is behind glove box , and to the left of the blower motor housing . look for a blue box with about 6 wires plugged into it . It has one screw holding it in , that the resister it is 39.99 @ auto zone and it will have to be ordered Please leave feed
