Question about 2005 Chevrolet Impala
I changed my battery on my impala 2000 and the cd radio loked...
if some one can help me with plz.
I switched my stock radio out of my 2001 Chevy Impala because it was defective and replaced it with a used radio I got from the junkyard. I called Chevy to see if I could get the code to unlock it and they told me I had to go to a Chevy dealership which I did. Cost $40.

If the radio was yours from new and/or there was never a code set, call your dealer for a generic code. If you bought it used, check the owners manual to see if the previous owners wrote anything down. Otherwise it has to be taken to a chevy dealership
