Question about 1998 Plymouth Voyager
You might not have sealed the filter on right. it can happen, I had to take 3 goes at my car because of the location and difficulty of putting it on. Otherwise, go to a Jiffy Lube, explain the situation and that you need them to first check to see if the oil filter is on perfectly. otherwise, take the vehicle in for an inspection, Most shops will do it for free in hopes to wrangle you into buying a bunch of stuff you dont really need to replace.
