If the radios do not have the same connections on them, you can buy a wiring harness from a car stereo dealer in your area. If you are lucky, the radios will have the same connectors, and the one radio will just plug into the other vehicle and work fine.
Should be a normal install. Remove faceplate and skinny nuts on the volume and station preset knobs. Remove surrounding plastic,if necessary. There will be a rear support bracket at the back of the unit. Some wires back there.
E10 : Tight tape error
Cause: A restricted cassette tape transport or broken cassette drive belt
Correction: Substitute a different cassette tape. If there still is an error code, service the unit at an ACDelco Service Center.
If you cannot get the cassette player fixed I would recommend replacing the radio instead of going to a service center as it would be cheaper.
Most cd players are in the main dash panel. If you do not have a cd slot, you likely don't have a cd player. These vans usually don't come with them and you have to install an aftermarket cd player. If you have a cd disc changer, it is likely in the very rear of the vehicle.
is it in the unit itself have a look carefully if theres a load button on the unit they go into the unit if theres no button indicating this look hard for the changer should be in dash in the unit itself
Its easy but cover the wood etc with a reasonably thick bit of cloth!!!!!!!!!
First remove ashtray and just pull out the unit will need a bit of force but will clip out. This will reveal three screws come bolt heads 8mm I think. take them out
Second get hold of the air vents at the top and again pull them out they will come but use fingers not a tool. Behind this are 2 screws as above , take them out and the radio/heating unit comes out, this can then be seperated from its two brackets either side by removing more screws.
You will have to disconect various wiring plugs but no problem, they all come off and are colour coded.
Easy peasy put it back together the opposite way. Good luck.
