In our car it disappeared after a while, but then an airpump (open the hood, look above the glove box) died. Repair is excesssively expensive.
A simple test is to put the internal air circulation on; does the sound disappear? If so, you can live with this, it is just annoying.

Where's the clicking noise coming from ? Under the dash , under the hood in the engine compartment ? Do starter circuit voltage drop test ! When the key is in start position is there constant B+ voltage at the 10 amp crank fuse in the under hood fuse box ? This is an input to the PCM - engine computer to energize the starter relay ! Starter Voltage Drop The battery is good , starter is new ,what about the cables ? watch this video on testing starter circuit !

AT light and eng light is on car want start

Good day
I would test to see if the Battery is fine. From the sound of it, it is running low. This could cause the car's computer to fail. Most car's computer can be reset by simply disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so.

My 03 chevy monte carlo has a po102 code and I know the mass flow sensor connector is bad but will this cause the battery to drain for no reason? I hear a clicking noise coming from the gove compartment...

If you have a light in the glove compartment that might be staying on. I would start pulling fuses one at a time until the clicking stops. Pull a fuse, still clicking, put it back and pull another. Repeat until you find the circuit causing the problem. That will narrow down where you need to look.

Dual Zone Temp Control - Driver Side only blow Hot

that clicking noise is coming from a one of the blend door actuators under the dash. not too bad to change. while it's clicking, feel behind the dash in the area you hear it, to get an idea where it is. most likely your only problem. good luck with it ....
