In our car it disappeared after a while, but then an airpump (open the hood, look above the glove box) died. Repair is excesssively expensive.
A simple test is to put the internal air circulation on; does the sound disappear? If so, you can live with this, it is just annoying.

My 2003 Denali won't start I turn the key and just get a fast clicking noise good battery new starter and all power works

Where's the clicking noise coming from ? Under the dash , under the hood in the engine compartment ? Do starter circuit voltage drop test ! When the key is in start position is there constant B+ voltage at the 10 amp crank fuse in the under hood fuse box ? This is an input to the PCM - engine computer to energize the starter relay ! Starter Voltage Drop The battery is good , starter is new ,what about the cables ? watch this video on testing starter circuit !

AT light and eng light is on car want start

Good day
I would test to see if the Battery is fine. From the sound of it, it is running low. This could cause the car's computer to fail. Most car's computer can be reset by simply disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so.

2000 astro has intermittent clicking noise from engine compartment

The clicking noise emanates from the clicking of the
valves, and tappet hammers, under the valve cover.
If these are noisy, it means that it need to be adjusted
for the proper clearances and retightened. Have these
items checked to completely solve your problem. These
valves when properly adjusted will give your car good
mileage.

that clicking noise is coming from a one of the blend door actuators under the dash. not too bad to change. while it's clicking, feel behind the dash in the area you hear it, to get an idea where it is. most likely your only problem. good luck with it ....
