Question about Cars & Trucks
I was braking as I approached a sleeping policeman and then a beeped sounded and a red circle with exclamation mark in the middle started flashing. I checked the handbrake as this is the same light and no change the brakes seem fine so noise coming from the brakes so seems to have enough meat any ideas?

this says that one of your bulbs is not operating. check all lights round the car, including the brake lights (have somone to oberatge the brake while you have a look). you will see one not working. replace and sign goes away

It is a bulb failure warning lamp.
Watch to see when it comes on
When you: turn on the parking lights, put car in reverse, turn on headlights, step on the brake, etc, you get the idea. It usually will give you a clue as to what circuit a bulb has failed. These cars are particular about the wattage of bulbs you install. Use OE if you can. Try this site for your owner manual needs.

hi think its brake fluid warning light if it flashes if doesnt flas then it just parking brake indicator my i reckon it first one so check brake levels if necessary top up above minimum if not theres a fault either the light it self or braking system hope this helps

this is a turn in caliper, meaning that as you try to compress the piston, you also need to rotate it clockwise. you can buy tool for this at nearly any parts store, and is fairly inexpensive.
