I cannot use my heat or A/C when turned up on the high. What could be causing that? and how would I go about fixing it?

Hi, Turn off AC and see if there is actual heat coming out of the heater.
Check duct work that they are not blocked or broken. Check heater core for leaks and blockages. Check radiator thermostat and/or replace. Hope that helps.

Heater blower went out?

Either the blower went bad or the heater relay went bad. This does not sound like a heater core problem unless you where smelling a SWEET smell when it was running.

Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.

Heater control only works on high

You need a blower motor resistor, and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.

Fan switch only works on high

Hi! Look on the heater housing, you will find a terminal with a plug. Remove the plug, then the 2 screws, pull the unit out and replace it! Everything will work perfect! Frankster016
