The blower motor stops every where, when u shut it off, motor only works on high speed

You probaly have a bad switch or resisitor.Google your car and blower resistor and you should be able to know where it is and then replace it. If that doesn't work, then your switch is bad.

Wiring diagram for 2005 Dodge Caravan, rear blower for heating /AC

The most common problem would be a bad blower at which you can test for power at the motor connector with a testlight, the other most common problem is the resisitor ,theres one for the front blower and one for the rear blower, you may have a bad resisitor for the rear blower this resistor is located next to blower.theres also arelay in the fuse/relay box next to the battery under the hood, the best thing is to start testing for ower at the switch and work your way to resistor, i think you will find a bad resistor to rear blower motor.heres a complete wiring diagram of the whole front and rear heat and ac unit, everything is labeled good luck.johnjohn2_51.gif

I have 2002 infinity I35 and the blower motor stop working ,I took out the blower motor to make sure was good. YES the blower motor still working .the only think I really don't know how to check is Blower...

WELL YOU HAVE TO USE A VOLT METER CONNECT ONE VOLT METER WIRES TO GOOD GROUND AND THE OTHER VOLT METER WIRES GOES TO EACH SWITCH SPEED.IF VOLT METER GET VOLTAGE A 1 OR 2 CONTROL SPEED RESISTOR BAD.IF RESISTOR BAD YOU WILL GET 1 OR 2 BLOWER MOTOR SPEEDS.IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKING.CHECK THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH FUSE OR CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL GOOD SO FAR CONTROL SWITCH ITSELF COULD BE FAULTY.

Heater and Air condition control blower only work on High setting not on any other. How to slove this problem

This is a simple repair, you have a bad blower motor resistor, this is very common, the resisitor is located screwed into the heaterbox next to the blower motor, this is on the passengerside under the dash, heres a picture to help you locate the resistor,johnjohn2_0.jpg

I only get the fan to work on high speed, the lower speeds do not work

Hi!!
The Blower Motor Resistor also called Manual Temp. Control resistor), is fried, replace. The price with floor console $25 and without floor console $65. here is a pic.

the resistor is located on the blower motor housing, fastened by two screws. It is the part where the electrical plug connects, the plug on the pic. goes to the blower motor.
A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

The blower motor resistor is located on the back of the blower motor housing under the dash on the passenger side. It can be difficult to get at, but it is doable. Be ready with the ibuprofen the next day for your sore back. Remove the cover panel from beneath the dash on the passenger side. Unplug the power 'ribbon' wires leading to the resistor. Unplug the wires that lead from the resistor to the blower motor housing. There are usually two, one black and one purple that share the same plug. Remove the short hose that leads from the blower motor housing to the ventilation system ducts. Remove the blower motor by removing the three hex screws that hold it in place. Remove the resistor by removing the three hex screws that hold it in place. The resistor is right against the firewall so two of the screws are very difficult to reach. A slender flexible socket extension will make the job easier. Attach the new resistor in place using the same hex screws. Only 1 or 2 of the original three are needed (the part is very light) if you do not feel like fighting with the ones next to the firewall. Reattach the blower motor and reconnect the hose. Plug the power cable wires back into the resistor and the wire from the resistor back into the blower motor.
I believe the driver door switch just pops out if you pry on it, but not absolutely sure on this one.
