There will be adjustment screws located on at least two different spots surrounding each headlamp. By turning these screws you move the angle of the headlamp. Most shops will do this at a very resonable rate, I say this because improper headlamp angle may lead to a ticket, or at least a warning. To say the least, they have to be at specific angles and heights. Good luck.

SOURCE: Adjusting Headlights of a 2006 Hyundai Sonota

The headlamps are adjusted by a wheel which can be operated by aphillips screwdriver. There's a hole in the top of the headlamphousing or radiator support which leads to the wheel with little teethon it on the back of the headlamp. The lamps on your car emit a veryshort but wide beam, so no horizontal adjustment should be needed.

Can the headlights on 2006 range rover be adjusted for europe

Depends....
If your car is right hand drive and you're taking it to another location that is right hand drive, then it will be fine the way it is.
However, if your car is right hand drive and you take it to another location that is left hand drive, then you cannot use those headlights. The reflector and projector assembly of a right hand drive car is designed to throw more light towards the passenger side of the vehicle (where your road signs would be)

Need to adjust my headlights down a little on my 2006 silverado 2500hd. I see the adjustment screw, is that all I have to do is turn it and which way?

Turning the screw should be all you have to do. Not sure which way but if you have it lined up on something after dark you will be able to tell if your going the right way.

If you park in front of a garage door or building you can line up the lights .right behind the headlight you will see two shafts sticking up just below the support the headlights are attached to. One will adjust lights up &down the other one will adjust side to side.

Headlight Adjustment

line your car up near a brick wall at knight around 4/5 meters away
pop your bonnet and put your head lights on look at the top of your head light there should be 2 plastic screws on each head light 1 is for height (up & down) and the other is for direction (left our right).
wind the screws till you have reached your desired height and direction and you should be all right.

don't go to high as you will blind other motorists (also you should do this posedure on low beam)
