look on the firewall in the middle area been a while since i worked on one of those vehicles , relay rail shoud be behind the engine

SOURCE: 95 buick lesabre blower fan relay location
My name is Ron,Look on the firewall under the windshield ,behind motor,there should be a large cover .Remove this cover,and you will see a row of relays,the one that is warm or hot,is the one to remove(blower relay).When you remove the relay the blower will stop.this is the relay to replace. SOURCE: where is the blower motor relay located on a 1997
There are 2 relays for the blower. The low blower relay and the high blower relay. They are both located
under the hood in the center of the firewall.
The low will have 4 wires from it, one lt. blue and 3 brown. The high will have 5 wires 1 purple(to blower mtr.) 1 black 1 dk blue 1 red and 1 orange.
Also, the blower resistor is in the same area if needed. Hope this helps.

If it is like the 2002, one is in the engine compartment near the jumping post. The other is under the back seat.
