You have a major short in the ignition wiring system. You will have to have a mechenic who specializes in wiring problems take a look at it. It is pretty complicated to do it yourself.

Idles wierd during cold start.... up and down then when coming to stop idle will go up and down again....no codes just anoying.... 90 gallant vr4

Sounds like an air leak-vaccuum leak- check vacuum hoses and intake manifold gasket. Sounds like the engine is pulling in more air than it should.

Ignition Fuse keeps blowing

Hi Jeff , in what fuse box is this 10 amp ign. fuse located ? I am looking at a power distribution diagram and i see a IGN 3 10amp fuse located in the I/P fuse box ! Is this the fuse that blows ? I see where you replaced the 10 amp with a 30amp . That is never a good idea , you don't want to make your problems worst . Melt wiring harness , could start a fire . Do you know how to do electrical trouble shooting ? How to use a wiring diagram , power distribuition diagram ? That fuse is hot in the run , powers the rear Heat / A/C , automatic level relay, ESC - electronic suspension control module , rear wheel steering control module , Plus someother thing's depending which vehicle , Y91 - ULT . Your Taho doesn't have all this options . http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html find the thing's that fuse powers , disconnect them one at a time till the problem goes away .

My 98 Regal keep blowing the ignition fuse

Is it the 30A MaxiFuse marked IGN 1 or the 60A MaxiFuse marked IGN 2 from the underhood fuse block that blows, or a different fuse? Maybe the 10A IGN 0 fuse in the fuse block?

Mitsubishi evo/vr4 idle fluctuating between

Galant VR4 or Evo. which car is it?

have you reset the ecu? disconnect the battery for 5 minutes. make sure you have any radio codes if your radio has a security code lock.

Also could be the idle control stepper. Mitsu gives it some name like ICU but it's a small mottor attached to the throttle that opens and closes valves to let a little more air in and up the rpm.if it's sticky try cleaning the throttle and the valves.
