if it is a wheel bearing it should make more noise turning one way or the other,if it doesn't make a difference which way you turn it's not the wheel bearing

Car wont start...battery seems fine....get a loud ticking nose when trying to start....pretty sure its the starter. how can i be sure and is it hard to change?

hello user, did you check the ground on the engine? if that it fine then try to turn the key on and don't start the motor, just disconnect the red wire coupling which goes to the stater and direct connect it to the battery +ve terminal. See if it starts. if it dose he install a selonoid inbetveen the stater and bettery. the problem will be fixed.

When i turn my wheel or corner or up grade i have a loud nose front right.

Better check the wheel bearings quickly. You may have lost a bearing or are loosing a bearing causing the wheel to set off camber upon turning and applying pressure to the bearing on the race. If neglected may cause spindle damage.

that pretty much sounds like a bad battery, next time its jumped, autozone or any other shop like that will usually test the battery for free. if you have a volt meter, measure the voltage on the battery with the vehicle on and off. vehicle running should have about 14.4 volts, and off 12.6 at a full charge. if there is low voltage at the battery after a full charge, its most likely the battery.
