Is there an antenna fuse?

No. If you have a power retractable antenna, the motor is on the radio fuse circuit. There are two causes for antenna failure I have seen - one is breakage of the plastic push-pull strip inside the antenna; the other is excess friction between the sections of the antenna, often caused by a film of dirt built up on the surface of the sections. In the latter case, you may hear the motor clutch thump several times when you turn off the radio.
If your problem is reception failure, check the connections at each end of the cable between the antenna and radio. Inspect the cable wherever it may have been exposed to damage from a heavy or sharp object transported in the vehicle (even it is covered by a carpet)..If the cable is flattened or kinked at some point, that is your problem. The best fix in that case is to replace the cable, but it is probably easier, cheaper, and quite adequate to cut out the damaged section and rejoin the cable with coaxial connectors (a simple splice will have too much signal loss at radio frequencies and will not be reliable).

Our 1994 pontiac transport van does not heat. Heater blower runs once in a while?

From your description, it sounds like your fan is the problem? I'm not intimately familiar with the pontiac vans but you pretty much need to track down the heater fan motor and the wiring between it and the switch. Check these wires for a fault and/or replace the wiring or the switch or the motor if need be. Because it's an intermittent fault, I think you probably just have a poor connection.

Check all your fuses just in case.

Good luck!

The radio has static on all stations in my 96 transport.

if the static speed increases and decreases with engine speed, possible bad engine ground or perhaps cheap spark plug wires, or something related
