My 2006 Verona is doing this too. there is a hold button by the gear shift and evidently I had pushed it in and caused it.

you have to pull the tranny back and you'll see the clutch and pressure plate and the trow out bearing would be on the tranny useing the right tools it could be easy

remove transmission and insure to have proper clutch plate alignment tool upon re-assembly...this makes installing trans into new components possible

use can use 5W20W or 10W30W, it depends on the climate u live in and the type of driving you do, if you live in a moderate climate like the southwestern US then 10W30W, if u live in the midwest then 5W30W is better, any major brand will do.
