Take the main pulley off and the harmonic balencer off and re-time the marks on the timing chain to make sure that your timing marks are perfecto if that doesn't help then re-time your distributor with the distributor gun if that doesn't help replace the spark plug and wire in cylinder 5 and if that doesn't work then you are probably gonna have to take the motor apart and replace the rods or bearings or valves
