TIPM = Totally Integrated Power Module This is a $900.00 part and it must be tested with a scanner before it can be condemmed as defective.

What fuse is the horn fuse on a 2007 dodge caliber

The horn system operates on battery current received through the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). A signal is received by the TIPM from the Cab Compartment Node (CCN) over the Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus when the horn switch is pressed, and the horn(s) sound(s). The horn system circuit is designed so that the system will remain operational, regardless of the ignition switch position.
There is no dedicated fuse for the horn.

Use a test light to check for power at horn to see if you have power.

Can anyone help with a 2007 dodge caliber sxt 2.0 it loses comm with computer it also has a po700 161b and the etc light flashing and wont take gas

This one is simply complicated it could be corrosion in several different areas such as the wiring harness in the left fenderwell. the wiring to the "TIPM" totally integrated power module, or a simple software update (not likely) OR what i think the problem is, assuming the above is all checked and ruled out the TIPM itself could be bad. this is a VERY COMMON problem. As an automotive electronic rebuilder i see these a lot from 2006 up 2012 for the same issue if you'd believe it. hope the info helps. Tim

Where is the low beam relay located on my dodge caliber

2007 Dodge Caliber is not equipped with a "low beam relay" that is user - servicable. The headlamps on that vehicle are controled by the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).
To diagnose the headlamp circuits, it is necessary to use a scan tool that is capable of two-way interactive communications with the computer network in your vehicle.

Where is the tipm located on teh 2004 dodge ram 1500?

I quote from the service manual:

"The Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) is a combination unit that performs the functions of the Power Distribution Center (PDC) and the Front Control Module. The TIPM is a printed circuit board based module that contains fuses, internal relays and a microprocessor that performs the functions previously executed by the FCM. The TIPM is located in the engine compartment, next to the battery and connects directly to the B+ cable via a stud located on top of the unit. The ground connection is via electrical connectors."

This link also provides interesting info on reflashing (re-programming) Dodge Ram TIPM module.
