Question about 1994 Dodge Intrepid
The heater on my 1994 dodge intrepid blows warm air for about 30 seconds then cool, will not warm up again. i replaced the thermostat but did not fix the problem. any ideas on what the problem might be and how to fix it?
There is a bleeder valve on the thermostat housing on my 1994 3.3L. You may need to bleed the system of air. You also should take the radiator cap and have it tested by any auto part store. I went thru the same steps you are. I had to leave the cooling system build pressure then crack the bleeder valve for a quick second then close it and wait a couple minutes and do it again until I got a steady steam of antifreeze out of it minus the air or bubbles.
