If the truck has a catalytic converter in the exhaust system it may be getting plugged. This used to be more common when leaded fuel was available and the lead would plug up the converters. Vehicles with converters required unleaded fuel.
Also check your ignition timing and serviceability of the spark plugs and leads. A faulty ignition system can lead you down the path of what looks like a fuel problem. As the engine RPM increases the timing should advance automatically, does the engine emit a knocking sound when you step on the gas?

Loss of power can more likey be air filter being plugged. A ECM reflash failure. The most likely on your vehicle is to address the throttle body coking. You may or may not have code P2174 (low Aiflow restriction) P 2175 (low air flow restriction slow accumilation). These are common on Dodge for having no power,

Had the same problem with mine. Have you changed the fuel filter??? If that's not it, replace the fuel pressure regulator in the EFI. Sorenson makes a EFI rebuild kit that has the regulator, gaskets, injector filter, which generally costs $35

I have a 1995 Honda Civic vtec. When it get warm, it starts to sputter, starve for gas and the catylic converter get hot. the car then stop.

If it was starving for gas the catalytic converter wouldn't get hot. So look for excessive fuel flow. This condition is caused by a defective MAP sensor. It acts like an altimeter for the computer and adjusts the amount of fuel for optimal power at any altitude.

My thinking is if it runs fine then acts up. Next time you drive, it works fine and then acts up and so on. I would think fuel pump but it could be the fuel pump relay getting hot.also and breaking contact.. If my assumption is correct

Car has no power and sounds like its starving for fuel. please help!

It may not neccessarily be starving for fuel, but may be begging to exhale. Your catalytic converter may be clogged. This will cause a loss of power.
